Ultra Soft Artists’ Painting Pastels - PanPastel Colours are genuine artists’ quality pastels, uniquely packed in a pan format. PanPastel Colours were developed so that artists can easily lift, apply and control pastel colour, just like true painting!
The pan format holds the colour like paint for easy application. Each PanPastel Colour is loaded with the highest quality artists’ pigments; and is made using a unique manufacturing process requiring minimal binder, resulting in rich, ultra soft and low dust colours.
PanPastel Colours are the first pastel colors to be tested using the new ASTM pastel lightfastness standards – currently in draft form.
Each pan contains 9ml (0.30 fl oz) of color - 40%* more than the average pastel stick, and yielding approx. 4 times more coverage
